Soulful Evolution offers a 2-week free trial for new members. During this period, you will have unrestricted access to our courses, workbooks, and other resources.
At the end of the 2-week free trial, your credit card will be billed automatically for a monthly membership fee of $97.
You will receive an email notification 2 days before the billing occurs to remind you of the upcoming charge.
If you wish to request a refund, please email us at [email protected] within 2 days following the end of your trial period.
Refund requests are handled through our general support email, and we operate on a no-questions-asked basis within this period, with the exception of one condition (outlined below under the “Refund Conditions” section).
Processing Time:
Refunds will be processed within a maximum of two weeks from the date of your request.
You will receive a confirmation email once your refund request is being processed and another notification when the refund is completed.
If you cancel your membership within the 2-week trial period, you will still have access to all resources until the end of the trial.
Refunds will not be granted for members who received a psychic reading during their 1-month refund period.
Before starting the trial, all members must agree to the Terms and Conditions, which include our refund policy.
