1. OVERVIEW

At Soulful Evolution, we strive to provide transformative spiritual services and products. We understand that sometimes our services may not meet your expectations, and we have established this refund policy to address such situations fairly.

2. INDIVIDUAL READINGS (PSYCHIC/MEDIUMSHIP)

2.1. Cancellation Policy

  • 48+ hours notice: Full refund
  • 24-48 hours notice: 50% refund or full credit for rescheduling
  • Less than 24 hours notice: No refund, but one-time rescheduling permitted
  • No-show: No refund or rescheduling

2.2. After Service Completion

Due to the nature of spiritual readings:

  • No refunds after the session has been completed
  • If technical issues prevent session completion, we will reschedule or refund the affected portion
  • If Allison cannot complete the session due to emergency, full refund or rescheduling offered

3. AI ASTROLOGY REPORTS

  • Before download/access: Full refund within 24 hours of purchase
  • After download/access: No refunds due to digital nature
  • Technical issues: Full refund if report cannot be generated or accessed

4. COURSES AND DIGITAL PRODUCTS

  • Within 7 days of purchase: Full refund if less than 20% of content accessed
  • After 7 days or 20% completion: No refunds
  • Technical issues: Full refund if content cannot be accessed after troubleshooting

5. MASTERMIND PROGRAM

  • Before program start: Full refund minus $100 processing fee if cancelled 14+ days before start
  • Within 14 days of start: 50% refund
  • After first session: No refunds, but may transfer to future cohort (one-time)
  • Payment plans: Refunds calculated on amounts paid, not total program value

6. EVENTS AND WORKSHOPS

Paid Events

  • 7+ days before: Full refund
  • 3-6 days before: 50% refund
  • Less than 3 days: No refund unless we cancel

7. COMMUNITY MEMBERSHIPS

  • Free membership: No refund applicable
  • Paid tiers (if applicable): Prorated refund for unused months

8. PROCESSING REFUNDS

  • Refunds processed within 5-10 business days
  • Refunded to original payment method
  • Bank processing times may add 3-5 additional days
  • Financing refunds subject to third-party provider terms

9. DISPUTES AND SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCES

We consider special circumstances including:

  • Medical emergencies (with documentation)
  • Technical failures on our end
  • Significant service delivery issues

10. CHARGEBACKS

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. Unwarranted chargebacks may result in:

  • Account suspension
  • Collection proceedings
  • Legal action for services rendered
