Soulful Evolution reserves the right to remove any member who violates community guidelines, engages in fraudulent activity, or disrespects fellow members.

5. Membership & Subscription Plans (Processed via Skool)

We offer monthly & annual membership plans for Soulful Evolution Mastermind, hosted on Skool:

  • Monthly Plan– $120/month (Cancel anytime)

  • Annual Plan – $997/year (Includes exclusive bonuses)

By purchasing a membership, you agree to:

  • Automatic recurring billing for your selected plan.

  • Payment via Skool’s payment system (handled externally).

  • Responsibility for canceling your membership if you no longer wish to continue.

No prorated refunds are given for unused portions of your membership.

6. 1-on-1 Private Sessions Policy (Processed via Soulful Evolution)

Soulful Evolution offers private 1-on-1 sessions with Allison, including psychic readings, coaching calls, and intuitive guidance.

Money-Back Guarantee Policy:

We are confident in the value of these sessions. If you do not experience a meaningful shift, you may request a refund within 24 hours of the session under the following conditions:

  • Active participation is required. You must be present, engaged, and responsive during the session.

  • A request must be made in writing. You must email [email protected] explaining why the session did not meet your expectations.

  • Refunds will not be granted for no-shows or incomplete sessions.

Allison reserves the right to review the session before issuing a refund.

During these calls:

  • Allison will randomly select members to receive live coaching.

  • The coaching is not a personal reading but a guided transformational session.

  • Members may not request a refund for missed calls or lack of selection.

Delivery & Processing Time:

  • Personalized reports require processing time (up to 4 business days).

  • You will receive your digital file via email once completed.

No Refund Policy for Digital Products:

Due to the personalized nature of our digital reports, all sales are final. Refunds will not be issued unless there was a technical error on our part (e.g., incorrect report received).

9. Refund Policy

Membership Refunds (Processed via Skool):

  • Monthly Memberships: No refunds once payment has been processed.

  • Annual Memberships: Eligible for a refund within 7 days of purchase if no content has been accessed.

1-on-1 Session Refunds (Processed via Soulful Evolution):
  • Covered under the 24-hour Money-Back Guarantee if the client actively participated and submits a valid request.

Digital Products & Reports (Processed via Soulful Evolution):

  • Non-refundable due to personalization.

Special Offers & Bonuses:

  • Refunds do not apply to special promotional offers or limited-time bonuses (e.g., free readings or exclusive workshops).

10. Cancellation Policy

There are no conditions that affect eligibility for the trial or cancellation.

  • Members may cancel their monthly or annual subscription at any time through Skool’s dashboard.

  • No refunds will be provided for cancellations mid-cycle

  • 1-on-1 sessions and digital product purchases cannot be canceled once booked or delivered

Once a membership is canceled, you will retain access until the end of your billing cycle, but you will not be charged further.

11. Intellectual Property Rights

  • All courses, content, reports, and sessions provided by Soulful Evolution are intellectual property and may not be resold, shared, or distributed without explicit permission.

  • Violations will result in legal action and immediate removal from the community.

13. Limitation of Liability
